House Of Challenge - 8th Edition

House of Challenge is a reality webmagazine for African youth aspiring to realize their dreams and make their mark on the international stage. The concept is simple: for 14 days, eleven young Africans from different countries, joined by a special guest from another continent (Haiti for this edition), will live together under the same roof and take on various challenges.

1. Preamble and Purpose

a. Definitions

In these General Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms of Use"), the following terms shall have the meaning set forth below:

  • Site : Refers to the House of Challenge platform accessible via houseofchallenge.org and its associated mobile applications.
  • Organizer : Bovann, Cameroonian Influencer.
  • Participant : Any individual registered as a candidate for the competition.
  • Voter : Any person casting a vote on the platform.
  • Content : All textual and visual elements present on the Site.

b. Purpose of the Site

House of Challenge is an interactive reality webmagazine primarily aimed at young Africans. The concept is based on:

  • A competition running from March 28 to April 11, 2026
  • Various challenges testing different skills
  • A direct elimination system
  • Strong interaction with the public through paid votes

2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

a. Scope of Acceptance

Use of the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and the Game Rules. This acceptance is materialized by:

  • Confirmation at each voting transaction
  • Implicit acceptance through continued navigation on the Site

b. Modification of Terms

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time. Users will be informed through the various social networks of House of Challenge and Bovann the organizer. Modifications apply immediately to new transactions.

3. Contest Description

The competition takes place from March 28 to April 11, 2026, and includes:

  • A preparation phase (48h)
  • One or more challenges (detailed in specific rules)
  • A daily voting period
  • An elimination ceremony (live streaming)

4. Participation Terms

To participate as a candidate, you must:

  • Reside in Africa or be of African nationality

5. Financial Policy

Candidates, payment aggregators and the organization receive percentages according to clauses discussed before the start of the adventure.

6. Data Protection

Technical measures implemented:

  • AES-256 encryption
  • Daily backup

7. Responsibilities

We guarantee:

  • Complete transparency regarding results
  • Fairness among all candidates
  • Security of financial transactions
  • Confidentiality of data

8. Disputes

Any dispute must be submitted in writing to the organizing team.

9. Final Provisions

The Terms of Use remain valid for:

  • The duration of the entire current edition
  • Any rebroadcast period
  • Related promotional operations
