The project is led by a determined and experienced woman who possesses strong expertise in shoe manufacturing. Her vision is to establish a professional center dedicated to shoe production as well as youth training. The goal is to build a sustainable local business while transferring valuable artisanal skills to younger generations. Local shoe production will help promote the consumption of locally made products and strengthen the local economy. Through this initiative, the project combines tradition and innovation to create high-quality footwear adapted to market needs. The establishment of training workshops and educational programs will not only help preserve traditional craftsmanship but also create a learning environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and skill development among young people. In addition, the training center aims to provide opportunities for young people who aspire to learn this profession. The first fifty participants will benefit from a completely free training program, enabling them to acquire the fundamental skills of the trade. Subsequent training sessions will be offered at an affordable cost, ensuring that many more young people have the opportunity to learn this profession and potentially start their own artisanal businesses.
